Surgery - General Physician at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) summary:

HSHS Medical Group seeks a BE/BC General Surgeon to join a new General Surgery team in Springfield, IL, offering competitive salary, loan assistance, sign-on bonus, relocation, and benefits. Role includes Monday–Friday clinic (option for 4-day week), 7 days/month call and inpatient rounds, limited after-hours clinic call, access to DaVinci robot, EPIC EMR, and dedicated support staff. Candidates must hold an unrestricted Illinois medical license prior to start, be Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery, and are eligible for H1B sponsorship (J1 ineligible).

Position Details:
- Monday Friday clinic schedule with option of 4 day work week

Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start

Pay Range: $486,268-$613,988
Final determination of a successful candidate s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to experience within the industry.
