QUICKBOOKS SAVVY

A successful candidate must possess the following skills:
· Comfortable in a paper-free environment
· Technologically savvy with strong Microsoft computer skills
· Accomplished in use of QuickBooks accounting software
· Displays strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrates effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
· Meets deadlines
· Possesses problem solving and analytical skills
· Works well in a team environment
· Able to interact with staff and clients comfortably and in a timely manner
· Positive attitude a must
· Desire to learn and grow with the company

Job Duties
· Assist with month end accounting closings using procedural checklists
· Assist with processing payroll
· Manage vendors payables and accounts receivables activities
· Assist with and/or prepare individual and business tax returns and governmental reports
· Administrate accounting workflow
· Other projects as assigned

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or Finance required
· Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting work experience or more required
