You have:

• Strong technical and analytical skills in Taxation for non-profit organizations
• The ability to meet time constraints and deadlines
• The desire to build positive relationships with our clients and help them reach their business and financial goals
• A passion for sharing your technical knowledge and professional skills with tax associates
• An inclusive and professional demeanor that supports our positive work environment
• Willingness to actively participate in new client business generation
• 5+ years of experience in a public accounting, tax consulting, or equivalent work experience Specifically in the non-profit area
• 3+ years of experience with non-profit taxation
• A college degree in accounting
• Hold an active CPA License
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and tax preparation software

• The knack for writing and sharing your accounting insights with our clients and prospects
• Data analysis skills
• The ability to speak multiple languages

In this role, you will serve as the liaison between senior managers, partners, clients, and staff during all phases of an engagement.
