Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Caring for laboring patients and newborns
• No local travelers permitted due to a 50-mile radius rule
• Requests for time off must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must provide care to laboring patients and newborns as part of the L&D team
• Role involves working alongside an experienced Labor & Delivery team in a busy hospital environment

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active AR or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Labor & Delivery experience
• No lapses in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the last 2 years
• All certifications must remain valid through the first 30 days of the assignment
