ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.

\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - Med Surg Adult
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work varied shifts (schedule to be determined) in a 13-week contract assignment
\n• Scheduled for 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation
\n• Must be flexible with various shift lengths and days - no guarantee of hours or shift preference
\n• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:8 during day shift with 1:6 aides, 1:8 during night shift
\n• May float to Med Surg and Surgical Pediatrics units
\n• Work with equipment including Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, tube feeding, NG/G-Tubes, trach care, PICC/PORT
\n• 2-10 years of nursing experience required
\n• Must possess active Hawaii nursing license by assignment start date
\n• BLS certification required, ACLS not required unless agency mandates
\n• Professional nursing attire dress code required
\n• Department-specific orientation program provided
\n• Must arrive Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
\n• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception required prior to start
