ProKatchers is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Mattoon, Illinois.
Job Title: Pharmacist
Standard shift: Nights
Weekly schedule: 7x7
Schedule Notes: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM - 7 on / 7 off - Rotating schedule (Monday - Monday) / 70 Hours GTD biweekly
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements: No Call
Description:
The Pharmacist is responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing of medication and IV orders and the advancement of rational, patient-oriented therapy.
Acts as the primary advocate for ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of drug use in the hospital by serving as the primary resource for drug information for physicians, nurses and patients.

Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution – Required
Licensing/Certification:
Current and active Pharmacist license in the State of Illinois
BLS Certification
Experience:
1+ Years of Experience - Required
