LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Pharmacist
• Discipline: Allied Health Professional
• Duration: 12 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days, evenings, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Requirements -

1. Licensure & Certification
   • Must have an active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing.
   • Maintain licensure for the entire assignment duration.
2. Experience
   • Minimum 2 years of hospital-based pharmacy experience .
   • Retail experience NOT accepted .
3. Shift Availability
   • Must be available for evening shifts and weekends as scheduled.
   • Flexible to cover mixed shifts (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
4. Compliance & Credentials
   • Ability to pass background check and drug screening .
   • Complete all hospital onboarding requirements and orientation.
   • Adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards .
5. Technical & Clinical Competency
   • Proficiency with hospital pharmacy systems and medication dispensing protocols .
   • Strong clinical knowledge of medications, dosing, and patient safety.
6. Professional Conduct
   • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
   • Reliability, professionalism, and adherence to patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
