Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  2. Generate business results and acquire new assets from both existing clients and new client acquisition.
  3. Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
  4. Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed.
  5. Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  6. Ensure proposed solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term needs through holistic, goals-based planning.
  7. Adhere strictly to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Six or more years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
  2. Bachelor's Degree required.
  3. Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; candidates without licenses considered but must obtain within 90 days of start.
  4. Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
  5. Strong community presence with an established network.
  6. Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
  2. Proactive, takes initiative, and applies critical thinking to solve problems.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach.
  5. In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
