We are seeking a visionary designer to join their dynamic team, where you will own the user experience for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas. This is an incredible opportunity to directly influence product strategy, navigate challenging problems with limited precedent, and evangelize longterm user experience visions, driving significant impact across diverse platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in defining scalable and sustainable solutions, pushing the boundaries of design, and ensuring a usercentered approach in all endeavors. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding multiple adjacent design efforts, challenging prevailing thinking, and fostering greater divergence of ideas to achieve common objectives. You'll serve as a subjectmatter expert in UX design principles, usercentered product development, design systems, and research tools, collaborating to deliver groundbreaking work and mitigate unintentional harm.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention, guiding design specifications for implementation.
• Utilize and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the ecosystem, user trends, and industry, collaborating across teams to develop design solutions.
• Drive design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder input, providing feedback to engage stakeholders and achieve product goals.
• Build consensus across teams and gain support for design strategy, communicating your approach to designers and stakeholders while anticipating challenges.
• Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger goals and coordinate resource allocation within the project.
• Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business objectives and support key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Innovate solutions to user, product, and business problems, anticipating evolving design constraints and communicating rationale for choices.
• Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products, performing design and testing processes.
• Guide designers in creating design concepts for ideation and user research/testing, or conduct independent research to inform design direction.
• Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems, leveraging writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mockups, or prototypes.
• Tailor deliverables based on product or platform requirements, identifying and following writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
• Propose ideas to improve user experience by analyzing or anticipating user needs through collaboration, and solving constraints in strategy, product, or technology.
