About the Role
The Company is a clinical-stage precision oncology firm dedicated to the development of novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. They are seeking a Vice President, Global Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations as the company scales toward global commercialization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing a global, compliant, and scalable supply chain function, with a focus on clinical trial material supply, commercial product readiness, procurement, manufacturing operations, planning, logistics, and distribution. This role demands a strategic and execution-oriented leader with deep expertise in small molecule pharmaceutical operations, an understanding of the oncology development lifecycle, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Supply Chain include developing and executing the global supply chain strategy, overseeing the supply of clinical trial materials, and leading commercialization planning for late-stage assets. The role also involves managing relationships with external manufacturing partners, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and global regulatory requirements, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 years' of progressive supply chain leadership experience, a strong background in small molecule pharmaceuticals, and a proven track record in building or scaling supply chain operations in a public, late-stage biotech or pharma company. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
