Robert Half is currently working with a Non-Profit client seeking a Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as part of the management team. Are you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance with 5+ years of experience in the Non-Profit sector and looking for a challenging role at an established company? Then this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities
- Own financial planning and budget management functions
- Aid in developing department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports
- Review and maintain budgeting and forecasting models
- Propose benchmarks for analyzing financial and operating performance
- Manage the composition of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Supervise all operations of the finance and accounting department
- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives

Requirements

- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- High analytical and extremely detailed
- 5+ years of Non-Profit accounting experience
