Role and Responsibilities Role within the Care Division, to oversees and manage 3rd party contractor and the day-to-day operations including KPI targets, performance and escalations. Also, lead the weekly warranty closings to ensure our Servicer Partners are paid accurately for the services performed.
- Assist managing 3rd party outsourced contractors
- Management of day-to-day warranty operation including KPI targets, performance, escalations
- Warranty AP Closing - responsible to run the warranty closing and make payments
- Labor rate management for all Service Partners
- Communication channel with different counterparts within HQ (Korea)
Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required
- 4 years of related experience required
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
