Responsibilities: Create concepts, wireframes, and designs based on client briefs and objectives Develop graphics for social media, email marketing, website imagery, and other digital assets Assist with website build projects and change requests, including building out pages and entering content Support other creative projects as needed Requirements: Two or more years of relevant web design experience in an agency setting Strong conceptual problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail Excellent collaboration and communication skills with team members and clients Expertise in layout, typography, and illustration Proficiency in Figma/Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles; basic web development knowledge Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a busy environment Nice to Have: Experience with atomic layout systems based on frameworks like Bootstrap Experience with content management systems, especially WordPress Skills in illustration, video editing, and photography Benefits include a salary range of $80-100k, comprehensive benefits such as fully employer-paid medical/dental/vision, 401k, and generous holiday/PTO allowances.
