Beauté Paris is Austin’s premier luxury wellness and aesthetics clinic, where Parisian elegance meets clinical precision. We offer a full suite of integrative health services—including medical weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and preventative aesthetics—in a boutique setting known for white-glove hospitality and real results. Experience in Cosmetic Aesthetics preferred.

Position Overview

Beauté Paris is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to lead our growing wellness division . This is a unique opportunity for a provider passionate about holistic health, longevity science, and concierge-style patient care. While aesthetic experience is a bonus, we are happy to train wellness-focused providers who align with our brand values and luxury care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized wellness consultations, including lab reviews and lifestyle assessments
• Manage weight loss protocols (GLP-1 agonists), BHRT, IV therapies, and peptide regimens
• Create and oversee client-centered wellness programs
• Provide lifestyle and supplement guidance focused on nutrition, sleep, and long-term prevention
• Collaborate with estheticians, nutritionists, and RNs for integrated care planning
• Optional: Train in cosmetic injectables to offer combined aesthetic-wellness solutions
• Engage in tasteful social media marketing to support patient education and brand presence

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as a PA-C or FNP, with prescriptive authority
• Preferred Two or more years of experience in wellness, functional medicine, or primary care preferred
• Knowledge of hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and integrative health practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, patient-first approach
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet client needs
• Passionate about modern wellness, prevention, and high-end clinical environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $55 to $75/hour (commensurate with experience)
• Commission: 10–20% on services and product sales
