Responsibilities - Sales Manager / General Sales Manager :

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Implement cutting-edge sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends
• Manage inventory, pricing, and marketing efforts to drive sales volume and gross profit
• Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and professional growth
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations
• Leverage technology and digital retailing to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in automotive sales management (Sales Manager or GSM required)
• A visionary, results-driven approach to sales and dealership growth
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop a top-performing team
• A data-driven mindset with experience improving profitability and sales efficiency
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
