Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support payroll and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with QuickBooks experience who thrives in a small office where you handle a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Run Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
Process payroll for 50+ employees
Input employee benefits information
Assist with human resource duties
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Prior bookkeeping and payroll experience preferred
Experience using MS Office, including Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
