BookkeeperLocation: Odessa, FL (In-Office)
Compensation: $65K$75K PTO, holiday pay, health stipendA well-established, small business in the service industry is seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their close-knit team. The company values long-term relationships and prides itself on exceptional customer service and operational excellence.This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the business, handling financial processes, administrative tasks, and supporting the owner directly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with system implementations, and thrives in a hands-on environment.

What Youll Do:

• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and billing (including recurring monthly billing).
• Oversee QuickBooks Online (QBO) and assist with troubleshooting post-implementation issues.
• Support system improvements and process efficiencies.
• Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team and adapt to a construction/service-oriented work culture.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).
• Experience with payroll, billing, and AP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in-office and communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
• Prior experience with system implementation is a plus.
