Your Responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Adhere to designated routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance and maintaining a clean bus.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in top condition.
• Keep the bus clean and orderly, regularly cleaning both the interior and exterior.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their belongings.
• Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents according to company protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• A fully licensed driver with a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Possession of a Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction.
• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Full-time employment consideration only.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on regional driver needs.

Compensation

Enjoy a competitive compensation range of USD $25.02 - USD $31.28 per hour .
