Join Our Team as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Opportunities in Fort Collins and/or Loveland area

Status: Full Time or Part-Time (Minimum expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)

Hourly Rates: $20-$22 per hour, plus travel time and mileage compensation

Your Role as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care for seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Monitor vital signs, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to ensure care plans are followed.
• Observe patients and report any issues requiring adjustments in care.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification (demonstration course required).
• A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
• Pass a background check and drug test (THC testing required).
• No Covid vaccination required.
