We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a leading commercial electrical contractor in the DFW area. This company is well-established and specializes in managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews on large commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
• Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen to develop strong, productive crews.
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve jobsite issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial projects.
• Solid tenure and proven history of successfully leading crews on large projects.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety practices.
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
