Job Description

This highly visible role is to support and partner with busy Executives of this growing startup company by anticipating needs and creating efficiencies of all areas of their work life and helping with office operations. This is a demanding role and the Executives need someone who can help facilitate the daily workflow as well as provides project support.

Executive Assistant to C-level Executives, San Francisco Bay Area

Hybrid: 2 days in the office

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Executive of a successful tech company and must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and diligently in a fast-paced environment, while proactively managing the Executives' requests and needs. The role requires a results-driven, creative individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent judgment in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to balance multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations, scheduling and travel for Executives.
  • Support Executives as a key liaison for coordination of communications with employees, investors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Keep Executives well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Build relationships crucial to the success of the company.
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
  • Supporting the ops around the office.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and team gatherings.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree and 4+ years or more of C-level experience in Tech/VC/Finance.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
