About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Pool Handyman to handle a wide range of pool maintenance and repair tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring pools are safe, clean, and fully functional.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pool Cleaning: Restore severely dirty, green pools to a clean and swimmable condition. This includes scrubbing, vacuuming, and balancing water chemistry.
• Leak Detection and Repair: Perform thorough leak tests, identify the source of leaks, and repair them efficiently.
• Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and fix issues with pool pumps, pool vacuums, pool lights, and other related equipment.
• General Pool Maintenance: Inspect and maintain pool systems to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, explain the work being done, and provide recommendations for ongoing pool care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, including pumps, filters, vacuums, and lighting.
• Ability to diagnose and fix leaks quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with pool chemicals and water balance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tools of the trade (e.g., cleaning equipment, repair tools) are a plus.
