What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers and partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings at customer locations and explain our product offerings.
  • Perform site walk-throughs while taking measurements and pictures to develop high-quality project estimates.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Accurately track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with a passion for serving others and putting customers first.
  • A consultative mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Experience in construction, fencing, or outdoor products industries is a plus.

Details:

  • This is a full-time entry-level role with a salary plus commission structure.
  • This role is based in Oklahoma City with frequent travel around central Oklahoma and other parts of the state.
  • This is a remote/outside sales position, but periodic in-office meetings are required.
