Position Summary:

J. Denton Hardie, D.M.D., a reputable and patient-focused dental practice in Albany, Georgia, is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Dental Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in dental office management, and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
• Verify dental insurance coverage and handle insurance claims.
• Manage patient billing and payment processing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office area.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with marketing and patient outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Dental Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processing.
• Proficient in dental office management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
