  • 6 APPs, 1 RN, 2 MAs, & 8 Office Staff
• Required Procedures:
  • Upper GI Endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
  • ERCP: Diagnostic
  • Esophageal dilatation/manometry & manometry interpretation.
  • Small Bowel biopsy
  • Lower GI Endoscopy
  • Sigmoidoscopy (Rigid & Flexible)
  • Colonoscopy (with biopsy, with excision of polyp)
• Lab and X-Ray on-site: Yes
• No. of Exam Rooms: 4
• Total No. of Beds: 640
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic, Provation, Dragon
• Other Info:
  • 2 facilities; Doing OP procedures also is welcome if both IP & OP.
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

Requirements:

• Active WA License or IMLC.
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
