What We Need

We are looking for a creative and results oriented professional to help take our brand into the future. This individual will partner closely with sales, product, and marketing to express our value propositions to clients in an easy-to-understand, sophisticated, and inspiring way. Day-to-day design work includes taking sales enablement materials like onesheets, pitch decks, playbooks the last mile and making them impactful. It also includes external design work such as website assets, client email design, event design, swag design, and assisting on implementing company branding in product design. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will work closely to define a proactive marketing roadmap and service and prioritize reactive sales requests.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders to understand program objectives, target audience and messaging requirements.
  • Serve as creative lead for assigned programs: conceptualize, present and execute innovative design solutions across channels that align with brand guidelines and program objectives.
  • Develop exceptional design across channels and formats, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, mobile strategy, video and motion graphics animation, web design, and print.
  • Drive innovation by pitching, identifying emerging technologies and approaches to expand or improve our design offerings, and developing creative add-on services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to final delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Harness data and analytics to drive decision making. Partner with Sales, Research and Product to understand what resonates with our clients.
  • Maintain assets within our content asset management system.
  • Serve as a critical reviewer of sales assets, campaign creative, providing constructive feedback, ensuring consistency and compelling creative across channels.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced media or advertising environment
  • Experience working in a digital-first creative environment preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficient in After Effects, Figma and Animation
  • Demonstrate strong typography skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting needs
  • Desire to learn, have a positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude
  • Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/Rush) preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
  • Understanding of the dynamics of the advertising, marketing and media industry

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
  • A 60 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
  • Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $75,000-$100,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
