Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher’s Assistant to join our team! This individual will support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and provide a safe, engaging environment for children.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
45-hour certifications in:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of child development stages (social, emotional, intellectual)
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in physical activities (bend, squat, dance, run, etc.)
Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
