What We Are Looking For:

We seek candidates with:

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to run their own business.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own insurance agency.
• Recruit and train staff members who are licensed and appointed with Farmers Insurance.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Manage all aspects of your business operations including budgeting, staffing, and customer service.

• Base Salary

Requirements

• General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Health, & Annuities Insurance licensing (must be able to obtain within 90 days of start date if not already licensed)
• Sales, customer service, and time management
• Self-Motivated and goal-oriented
• No bankruptcies or criminal record with felonies
• Strong organizational skills
