Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our remote team. As a remote OT based in Washington, you will have the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through virtual therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities using remote assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient-centered goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' independence and daily living skills via virtual platforms.
• Monitor and document patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care coordination and continuity.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington, with current credentials and in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating patients across diverse populations and conditions.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to make sound therapeutic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
