Description
:Maintenance Mechanical II-GROUNDS is a position that requires basic working knowledge of landscaping and exterior maintenance that is required for the general upkeep of a multi-campus facility’s grounds. Snow removal and other preventative safety operations will be required. Routine is not always common as the tasks can come up randomly with various priority levels depending on weather and/or available resources. There will be electrical work pertaining to exterior lighting and tracing underground wiring; plumbing pertaining to irrigation; and repair or maintenance to small engines. The Maintenance Mechanic II may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and approved by the Supervisor. Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Required: Previous exterior maintenance experience.
