Marketing and Transaction Coordinator

Phoenix Investors, a national commercial real estate company, seeks to add a motivated Marketing and Transaction Coordinator to our talented team. The Marketing and Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing all marketing related to commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing.

Marketing and Transaction Coordinator Primary Duties:

  • Maintain and update all property listings across Costar, Loopnet, Crexi, and the company website.
  • Work with Costar/Loopnet representatives to increase account capacity and stay up-to-date with the latest software updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate photos for new acquisitions and current properties.
  • Coordinate leasing sign installation.
  • Track and record all related marketing activities.
  • Work with a third-party marketing company to create and update marketing brochures, information sheets, and the company website.
  • Maintain and update the internal comprehensive property information list.
  • Coordinate weekly deal meetings. Update deal meeting report weekly.
  • Create and schedule email campaigns to various properties across the portfolio.
  • Pull weekly property performance reports.
  • Research relevant market data and property data across various county/state websites.
  • Create tour information packages for executive property tours.
  • Draft letters of intent to lease and purchase.
  • Research contact information for potential building users.
  • Summarize various tenant leases.
  • Review invoices for executive approval.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to revise and update property floorplans for marketing purposes.

Marketing and Transaction Coordinator Secondary Duties:

  • Maintain team and individual calendars as assigned; assist other departments as approved. Suggest event attendance, maintain association memberships, and manage small events as assigned.
  • Lead or participate in prospective tenant tours and broker open houses as needed.

Marketing and Transaction Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing, finance, a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills must include intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hoovers, CoStar, LoopNet, Adobe apps, and search engines is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and quantitative interpersonal writing and communication skills; able to interface with top-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, self-motivation, time management, and team-oriented skills are required.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data clearly and effectively.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team-player attitude.
