Busy 4-physician family medicine clinic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable performing multiple-tasks simultaneously.
Tasks include:
Understanding of healthcare system navigation, pathways to service, and various health conditions, as well as patient health information and confidentiality.
Understanding of computer functions and electronic medical record systems navigation (scheduling, cancelling appointments, reading patient charts for information). Knowledge of PS Suite is an asset.
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
Cantonese-speaking skills is an asset.
Medical office is located in an accessible medical building with elevator, plenty of parking, and accessible by public transit.
