*Job Description*
* Evaluate and treat patients using personalized therapy plans
* Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and progress
* Ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to therapy programs
* Complete all necessary documentation and update treatment plans as needed
* Supervise PTAs and therapy technicians
* Conduct free consultations and assist in patient outreach
* Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
* Collaborate with the marketing team for community engagement efforts

*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for helping patients achieve their recovery goals
