Job Title: Powder Coater

Job Description:
Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Powder Coater Painter to join our team! In this role, you will prepare components, apply powder coating, and ensure each product meets manufacturing standards to maintain top quality. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the powder coating system , including loading/unloading, cleaning, painting, curing, and packaging components with efficiency and precision.
• Interpret technical drawings and job travelers to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient production environment.
• Ensure parts match prints and specifications before processing.
• Monitor and manage the entire powder coating process .
• Package completed parts to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure compliance with workplace standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and the ability to verify quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn additional roles on the production line.
