About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Community Engagement and President of the Fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and administering the philanthropic arm of the organization, with a focus on developing programs and making strategic investments in qualified non-profit organizations that address significant challenges such as malnutrition, food insecurity, and support services for patients and families affected by serious health conditions. This role also involves leading community engagement efforts in the greater St. Louis region and being a key member of the public affairs team, with a mandate to protect the company's operational freedom, promote business growth, and enhance the company's reputation with key stakeholders.
