Job Description

As a Procurement & Contracts Management Specialist at Ninja, you will be responsible of managing contracts to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. This role involves collaborating with various departments, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of procurement process, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements for the company.

  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality service delivery and reliability.

  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to assess compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Prepare and manage procurement and contracts reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure budgetary compliance.

  • Provide support to staff on procurement policies and procedures.

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to inform strategic procurement decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, logistics, industrial engineering or supply chain.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
