Room Attendant Overview:
First impressions are everything! As a*Room*Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring*guestrooms are comfortable,*inviting,and clean. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property, ensuring a*memorable*guest*experience.
What you will be doing:
Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms*to*provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest*requests.
Responsibilities*include:
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms*to Supervisors or Managers.
Returning and restocking cleaning*supplies*at shift end.
Job Requirements:
