Who You Are:

• A strong communicator with a confident phone presence.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, coachable, and naturally upbeat.
• Able to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
• Bonus: 1+ year of phone experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads seeking help with tax debt.
• Use our CRM to make follow-up calls, send emails/texts, and manage leads.
• Guide potential clients through our onboarding and contract process.
• Use a consultative sales approach to educate and close deals.
• Keep organized records and work efficiently to hit daily and monthly goals.
