Job Description
A candidate for License as a MVA Tag & Title Agent responsible for processing vehicle titles, tags, permits, registrations, and related paperwork for various customers including small dealerships. the role involves verifying documentation presented by all customers to ensure full compliance with MDOT/MVA laws and regulations for Tags and/or Title of vehicles under 55,000 lbs.
The agent must provide excellent customer service, assist clients in understanding the title transfer process in owning a vehicle legally in Maryland and insuring insurance is included, and address any questions or concerns. Being bilingual is essential, as it allows the agent to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, ensuring that all customers receive the assistance they need in their preferred language. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of state DMV procedures are also important for success in this position. Candidate is extensively trained on workflow of the position and the adequate processes on assisting various clientele. Candidate should already be or eligible to become a MD NOTARY.
