Position Overview: As a Traveling Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Regional Operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch offices. You’ll assist with everything from training and recruiting to branch audits and customer service. This position offers a unique chance to travel (up to 75%) and work across various branch locations throughout Tennessee and in Indianapolis. If you love a fast-paced environment, are comfortable being in a variety of different offices, and have the skills to keep our branches running at top speed, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with the Operations Manager to support daily operations across branch locations (TN - all branches and Indianapolis).
-Assist in training initiatives, ensuring all team members are prepared to excel in their roles.
-Step in to support Staffing Coordinators and Branch Managers as needed.
-Conduct in-person branch audits to maintain operational excellence.
-Take the lead on recruiting efforts for both skilled and general positions.
-Deliver top-notch customer service to applicants, FTMs, and vendors.
-Manage billing/invoicing and support collections for branch offices.
-Call customers to verify satisfaction and improve service levels.
-Input work orders and verify that all customer documentation is current and accurate.
-Conduct and audit I-9 verifications, WC code changes, and branch procedures.
-Handle administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred. -2+ years of general work experience, including at least 2 years in sales and customer service.
-Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus.
Skills:
-Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
-A team player with organizational and time management skills.
-Detail-oriented and adaptable to high-stress situations.
-Reliable transportation with a clean MVR is required.
