Position Overview: As a Valet Attendant at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Guest Arrival and Departure: While providing outstanding 5-star service, greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Assist with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about the hotel's amenities. 2. Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly. Offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features. 3. Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles. Safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards. 4. Guest Services: Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. 5. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services. Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests. 6. Safety and Security: Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly. Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings. Licenses & Background Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years). Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications required.
