Warehouse Supervisor:

Location:  Commerce City, CO 80022
Shift Schedule:  M-F, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $58k-65k / year, Depending on Experience

Job Type: Direct Hire (Permanent from Day 1)
Experience:  Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Supervision is required.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Denver-area Distribution Center. We are looking for a steady, people-first leader who can bring clarity, consistency, and structure to the operation.
In this role, you’ll manage a team of 4-8 warehouse employees, ensuring smooth daily execution, strong communication, and clear expectations. This position focuses on execution and frontline leadership, not long-term strategy or large-scale people management. You’ll partner closely with the Operations Manager, escalating larger issues and contributing ideas for improvement while maintaining strong ownership of daily warehouse performance.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Denver distribution facility, working onsite in Denver, CO.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse associates in a frozen fulfillment environment.
• Oversee both B2B fulfillment (building pallets for bulk shipments) and D2C fulfillment (accurate, on-time customer orders).
• Ensure inventory accuracy by managing and maintaining data within our ERP/WMS.
• Receive, inspect, record, and properly store incoming inventory according to company standards.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and proactively address variances.
• Coordinate the timely transfer of inventory to delivery trucks and manage outbound schedules.
• Enforce safety standards, operating procedures, and equipment best practices.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries when coverage or volume requires.
• Other tasks and duties as required.

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Supervision or equivalent experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort using technology such as ERPs, WMS platforms, Google Sheets, Slack, and mobile apps.
• Ability and willingness to handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting items up to 50 lbs (with the support of forklifts, pallet jacks, and proper equipment).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt priorities as needed.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy and accountability.
• A dependable, ownership-driven work ethic — someone who follows through and takes pride in consistency.
