Job Description

Role: Frontend Engineer + UI/UX Designer (React + Figma + Tailwind)

As a Frontend + UI/UX Engineer at WiftHub , youll be responsible for everything users see and feel.

From crafting smooth interfaces in React to designing beautiful, intuitive flows in Figma youll define how buyers and suppliers experience WiftHub.

Youll work directly with the founder and core engineers, shaping the visual identity and product experience of a platform thats redefining how manufacturers connect with global buyers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, high-quality UIs using React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS .
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for scalability.
• Translate Figma designs into functional, interactive frontend experiences .
• Design new user flows and prototypes in Figma for both web and mobile views.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to connect APIs and data efficiently.
• Focus on user experience test flows, gather feedback, and improve clarity and performance.
• Optimize performance, animations, and accessibility (Framer Motion + responsive behavior).
• Contribute to branding, landing pages, and visual content across the product.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in frontend development or product design .
• Strong proficiency in React + TailwindCSS , and understanding of responsive design.
• Experience designing UI/UX flows in Figma or similar tools.
• Passion for building clean, humancentered interfaces.
• Ability to work endtoend from wireframe to polished, productionready UI.
• Bonus: experience with Framer Motion, animation libraries, and UI optimization .
• You care about both design details and technical quality equally.
