Job Responsibilities

• Locate and move products for storage or shipment operating various size forklifts to load and unload trucks and railcars

• Identify damages, and report inventory shortages or deficiencies to supervisor

• Operate yard jockey trucks transporting cargo between areas of facility

• Inspect and maintain machinery for needed repairs, and to guarantee safety

• Maintain records of inventory and activity logs

• Follow company policies

• Maintain a safe and orderly facility

• Perform all duties in accordance with health and safety guidelines

• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to housekeeping tasks (laying of dunnage; recouping bundles of cargo)

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to operate a forklift from 10K capacity to 55K capacity preferred

• At least 2 years of forklift experience preferred

• OSHA Complaint Forklift Certification preferred

• Yard Jockey/Spotter (truck) experience preferred

• High regard for safety

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License Required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm with daily or weekend overtime

Starting Pay Rate:

$20.44, Increasing after 90-days
