Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Start Date: March 1, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2025
Responsibilities: Direct therapy services and supervision of COTA
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
Supervise and support a COTA in implementing therapy goals
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans based on IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams
Maintain compliance with IEP documentation and school policies
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy
Active Texas OT license
Experience with school-based therapy preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
